No.41/2008 Elspot area in Southern Norway
Nord Pool Spot has received the following information from Statnett:
In exchange information no 39/07 and no 54/07, Statnett informed about a new Elspot area in Southern Norway.
Several enquiries from participants in the market about this subject have made it necessary to update the information to the market.
The current favourable hydrological situation in Norway does not make it necessary to declare a new Elspot area in Southern Norway at this stage.
Statnett will, however, monitor the situation closely and will inform the market in due time about any changes in this situation.
