As of January 2nd, 2007 there will be one common helpdesk for both the Elbas and the Elspot market. The helpdesk’s telephone number will be the same as for the present Elspot trading desk +47 67 52 80 10. The participants can still reach the Elbas helpdesk at the current telephone number +358 9 6840 4840, but participants are encouraged to call the new Elbas helpdesk number.
During nighttime 16-08 CET, weekends and public holidays, the Elbas helpdesk will be available at the following number +358 9 6840 4840.
