| What kind of information do you need before I can start trading? |

| Is it possible to trade without a Shipper Code? |
No it is not. You must enter a framework agreement with Energinet.dk who will also provide you with a shipper code. |
| Must I be registered in Denmark? |
That is not required. Both Danish and foreign companies can trade at Nord Pool Gas. |
| Is it possible to trade cross border capacity? |
It certainly is. Please be aware that it is your own responsibility to buy capacity from the relevant Transmission System Operator (TSO). |
| How many users can be logged in at the same time from our company? |
By signing a participant agreement with Nord Pool Gas you will be provided with one access. This access can be shared by several traders, but only one can be logged in at a time. At request we can supply you with more accesses for payment of an extra fee set by our IT provider. |
| How liable is the price? |
The price is set by supply and demand. This means that prices are set by the market, which gives the most reliable quotation. |
| What do I do in case of a virus in my system? |
You must immediately contact Nord Pool Gas who will shut down your connection to the system. |
| Are my bids binding? |
As soon as your bid is on the market and has been matched it is binding. You do have the right to withdraw your bid if it is not matched, however. You can always set certain limits to your bid:
- Good till cancelled: Meaning that your bid is on the market: Until you withdraw it, until it is matched, or until the product closes.
- Good till day: Meaning that your bid is on the market for the rest of the day or until you withdraw it.
- Good till date: Here it is possible to limit your bid by seconds, minutes or hours.

| Where is the natural gas delivered? |
All natural gas traded at Nord Pool Gas is delivered at the virtual delivery point called Nord Pool Transfer Facility (NPTF). |
| Is it possible to sign up for market information? |
All Nord Pool Gas customers will receive relevant market information simultaneously with the public. All news can also be found at our webpage www.npgas.com |

Is there interruption in the system? |
- At Nord Pool Gas you trade a base load delivery regardless any other circumstances.
- To prevent interruption you must sign an agreement with Energinet.dk

| Are there any special requirements to my IT system? |

| Does it have any influence whether I have got Vista or XP? |
No it should not have any influence. |
| Is it possible to draw statistics on my trades? |
You can at any time draw statistics on your trades. This is done via our trading system. |
| Are there limits to how much I can sell or purchase? |
As long as your bank guarantee secures your net purchase there is only one limit. We have limited the trading volume at 200MWh. |
| How do I trade on holidays and during weekends? |
- All day-ahead products are tradable three days ahead. This means that you can start trading for weekends on Thursdays.
- We will open up for trading on holidays of longer duration a few days ahead of delivery.

| What kind of security do you demand? |
- To become a participant you must provide a bank guarantee of minimum EUR 12,500.
- The collateral requirement is equal to your net purchase over the preceding 7 days, including VAT, but excluding trading fees. The collateral requirement is including the minimum collateral, not on top of the minimum collateral.

| Are there any bottlenecks? |
There are no internal bottlenecks in the Nord Pool Transfer Facility. |
| Is there a maximum spread between bid/ask? |
There are no limits to the spread between the best bid and ask. Nevertheless the trading system will notify you when you are quoting a bid with a spread higher than 25%.
