  • Long-term trading and power system data
    The Nord Pool Group gives access to long-term (often 10+ years) historical physical and financial trading and also Nordic power system data via a ftp-server. This service is free of charge for all direct members in any Nord Pool Group market and available via subscription to others.

  • Two year history of TSO related power system data
    Power system data on the ftp-server related to TSO operations and linked to requirements placed on TSOs in Annex EC/1228/2003 can for a period of up to two years back in time be made available directly to anyone for free. If such an interest exists, please contact Power Data Services as described above. In addition some of the Nordic TSOs publish such data on their homepages as shown via the following links:

  • Publication Agreement between Nord Pool Spot AS and TSOs
    There is a Data Publication Agreement between Nord Pool Spot AS and the TSOs in the Nordic region concerning continuous disclosure by TSOs and subsequent publication by NPS of primarily “price sensitive information” as further detailed in the Agreement. Please note that the change in the Norwegian bidding areas affects which geographical areas the terms NO1, NO2, NO3 and NO4 refer to. This means that a direct comparison between present and historical data for Norwegian bidding areas is not possible.
