Regulating power
In Finland, Denmark and Sweden two prices are shown for each hour. "Price Up" and "Price Down" indicate price for power regulated upwards and downwards, respectively. "Price Up" is the price participants must pay for buying power in the balancing market, while "Price Down" is the price paid to those selling power to the balancing market.
Similarily, "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" give the amount of power that has been regulated up and down in an area. A positive volume indicates that the system has been regulated up and a negative volume indicates that the system has been regulated down.
