Direct participant

• Participant agreement with Nord Pool Spot
• Trading on own behalf
• In-house competence
• Post collateral
• Pays fixed- and volume fees
• Responsible for settlement

Trading and clearing representative

• Participant agreement with Nord Pool Spot
• Trading on own behalf and on behalf of clearing customers
• In-house competence
• Post collateral
• Pays fixed fees for own trading and on behalf of the clearing customer
• Pays volume fees for own trading
• Responsible for settlement for own trading

Clearing customer

• Clearing customer agreement with the trading and clearing representative and Nord Pool Spot
• Post collateral
• Pays volume fees for own trading
• Responsible for settlement of own trading done by the trading and clearing representative
