Direct participant

• Participant agreement with Nord Pool Spot
• Trading on their own behalf
• In-house competence
• Post collateral
• Pays fixed- and volume fees
• Responsible for settlement

Trading and clearing representative

• Participant agreement with Nord Pool Spot
• Trading on their own behalf and on behalf of clearing customers
• In-house competence
• Post collateral
• Pays fixed- and volume fees for their own
• Trading and on behalf of their
• Clearing customer
• Responsible for settlement for their own trading

Clearing customer

• Clearing customer agreement with their trading and clearing representative and Nord Pool Spot
• Post collateral
• Responsible for settlement of their own trading done by the trading and clearing representative
