How to change the default pin code of your Digipass

Please note that the Digipass(es) has been configured with a standard four digit pin code that you must change in accordance with the instruction below (if this has not been done already).

• Click the arrow button at the Digipass
• Insert the default pin code 1234
• Press down the arrow button for approximately 30 seconds
• Add a new pin code (four digits)

When is SESAM web available?

The SESAM web is available 24 hours a day. It may however be necessary to close down the system for maintenance reasons. Service Windows will be morning and afternoon:

• Morning: 6:00 – 8:00 CET
• Afternoon: 16:00 – 18:00 CET

During the Service Window the system may be unavailable.
