How to change the default pin code of your Digipass

Please note that the Digipass(es) has been configured with a standard four digit pin code that you must change in accordance with the instruction below (if this has not been done already).

Click the arrow button at the Digipass
Insert the default pin code 1234
Press down the arrow button for approximately 30 seconds
Add a new pin code (four digits)

When is SESAM web available?

The SESAM web is available 24 hours a day. It may however be necessary to close down the system for maintenance reasons. Service Windows will be morning and afternoon:

Morning: 6:00 – 8:00 CET
Afternoon: 16:00 – 18:00 CET

During the Service Window the system may be unavailable.

SESAM web upgrade 22nd April 2008

Sesam web is upgraded and the following improvements are made to the web:
1.	New bid list:
	a.	Viewing interval can be chosen from drop down menus. Bids can be viewed two weeks backward and until end of open period for bidding is open.
		i. If all trading accounts are shown, only three days data can be viewed at once.
	b.	Default view: The period that is open for bidding.
	c.	Click update button to see bids for the chosen period.
	d.	Bid list has more information for block bids:
		i. From and To hours are displayed
		ii. Price and Volume are displayed
		iii. New field “Custom ID” for block bids is displayed
2.	New field for block bids “ Custom ID”
	a.	Regular block bids can have customer defined name. It can be 25 characters long, but only 8 first characters are shown in bid list and reports.
	b.	Custom ID can also be used when importing multiple block bids. There is new template for multiple block import (Custom ID column has to be imported always, even if that information is not used)
3.	Trading result report in PDF-format
	a.	Font size has been increased
	b.	Block ID has been shortened into trading result report and trading account code . Area and product information is not shown anymore.
