* One annual fee covers both Elspot and Elbas
** Direct participants at Elspot can waive the annual fee and pay a higher variable fee of EUR/MWh 0.13. There is a EUR/year 3 000 floor for the sum of volume fees in a calendar year. Volume fee of EUR/MWh 0.13 is invoiced through the year and the floor verified at the end of the year.
Direct participants changing from small direct participant to direct participant during the year will be charged a pro rata share of the fixed annual fee of EUR 15 000.
*** Companies bidding in more than one area. In this context, Norway or Denmark is considered as one Elspot area. The fee also applies to every additional internal portfolio in Elspot within an area under a direct participant or clearing customer.
**** Gross volume fee for gross bidding. There is a EUR 75 000 ceiling per calendar year for the gross volume fee.
Compensation for loss of interest in gross bidding is NOK 7,80%, EUR 3,80%, SEK 5,10% and DKK 4,10%.
***** Gross bidding will include one portfolio free of charge for the purpose of gross bidding.
